It’s mainly because in the report the assessor says he has a diagnosis of anxiety and depression. I sent my letter from Healthy Minds which stated I had anxiety and low mood.0

You are missing the point i'm trying to make. It's not about a diagnosis. So whether or not you had one at the time it wouldn't make any difference.

Hi @dp267p I can see why you might be a bit worried about the different wording around your condition, is that right?
When you're assessed for PIP they won't be looking at this wording, they'll be trying to understand how your mental health is impacting you day to day, for a majority of the time.0
