Hello I I’m not sure but I’ve been waiting since may since my report returned to DWP and had no answer as they were getting more information even after having information from doctors private letter mental health report carers addition evidence they never believed so the decision maker still wanted doctors factual report and I waited full 12 weeks and today I phoned the pip helpline and was told to enter 3 security questions date of birth phone number and last 4 digits of bank and I was told my next payment I have been doing it before but it hasn’t been taking me to those options for bank last 4 digits I did today and was told my next payment date and payment by the looks of it it was high rate the assessor recommended but I’m not sure I haven’t had any text could this be true?

The automated payment line has been known to be wrong. They have started sending texts messages out to those that have been awarded successfully. If a decision was made and you were successful you will likely receive the text message. Nothing is final until the decision is made.
