Hi,
This is just for interests sake.....
When DWP doesn`t meet the deadline to respond to an appeal that has been lodged, what word is used to describe the action taken by the tribunal to remind DWP?
I`m fairly sure I saw it on here once, but I`m blown if I can remember it. I think it began with the letter "D".
This is a bit like an ear worm (the music that gets in your head and you can`t shake it), I know the meaning of the word but I just can`t put my finger on the actual word - and I just can`t get it out of my head.
