Been told I chose the life style I leave abusive remarks to wards my anxiety told I can get a job any where it's beyond a joke most employers see mental health issues as a red flag or people just change there attitude towards people with them completely I have had stinking looks rude remarks constant put downs thrown at me for no apparent reason I haven't done f all to deserve any of it

    I am sorry to read your thread and the attitude of people towards you, people can be so rude.
    As Teddy has said no one will judge you here, you will find lots of support.

    Hi @spikey :) I've just replied to your comment on the attitudes research thread. I'm really sorry to hear that you've faced these sorts of attitudes. They often come from a place of ignorance and misunderstanding, but I know that doesn't really make it any less painful to hear. 

    You've mentioned employers' attitudes, which I think is a really important issue. Are you struggling to secure suitable work at the moment?
