Hi recently found out I'm due a large backpayment for sdp they said money is with there account team to c what I owe is this correct an how long before I receive funds dwp doesn't wna help or talk much about it

Do you mean it’s with the debt management team? If you owe money to DWP for anything then yes they can take the money you owe from any backdated money.

Yes I think that's correct what is the payout procedure an how long roughly from this point before I get paid or receive a figure of full amount dwp wnt talk much

There are no timescales how long it takes. It will be in the hands of the debt management team.

Yes in a way still a bit confused to there process an time will take to recive funds or a letter saying balance
