Unfortunately, I cannot share my story of doing manual recon duration over the phone outcome timescales. This is not something I have experienced.

The most likely outcome of the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) is the decision will remain the same. Only 27% of MR decisions change. We have had some members in the past who've had the decision changed at this stage but not many in recent months.

You would stand a better chance by doing it in writing
You then have time to think about what you are putting . Doing it over phone you are relying on z s call centre operator getting down all your details correctly0
