Hello everyone ,

my daughter is due her GCSE results tomorrow. She has done nothing but cry all day , her anxiety’s off the scale . She also has moderate learning difficulties , social phobia and physical disability’s . She’s really struggled with the whole school setting and had poor attendance of 53% before and after Covid .

I have bipolar and boarderline personality disorder and I’m really over whelmed at her emotions . She’s applied for main stream collage and has a conditional offer .

How do I support her if she doesn’t get the grades she needs ?

A massive congratulations to your daughter @sunnyinside :) Does that mean she's got a place at the college she wanted to go to?

Are the college aware of any additional needs she may have? Do they seem supportive?

Do you have any plans for this afternoon to celebrate?

I also just wanted to check in with you to see how you're getting on. Are you receiving enough support to help you manage your bipolar and BPD at the moment?

Hello @sunnyinside! A huge CONGRATULATIONS to your daughter!! How nice she passed everything with flying colours! 👏🏻

My younger brother received his exam results this year. He retook his GCSE English and was awarded a B Grade despite his Autism diagnosis! 🌟

All the very best of luck for your daughter 🥳 xx
