How can i email DWT STATE PENSIONS. I AM ON LOW INCOME GET HOUSING BENEFIT AND WANT TO KNOW IF I AM ENTITLED TO THE JULY PAYMENT AND THERE IS ANOTHER DUE.

If you're talking about the cost of living payment of £326 that was paid in July, unless you're claiming Pension Credit then you won't be entitled to this. It isn't paid to those claiming just state pension and housing benefit. Same rules apply for the next £324 payment made in the Autumn. Full details here.

You will be entitled to the extra money paid on top of the winter fuel payment, which is a good thing. Also the £400 energy rebate if you're named on an energy account, which will be paid from October to March of about £66 a month paid onto your energy account.
