Trying to rational my symptoms

So I have been diagnosed with mixed anxiety and depressive disorder, PTSD, dyspraxia, non epileptic attack disorder/functional neurological disorder and I’m suspected autism and adhd.
Anyway, I went to my local hospital around two months ago with feeling dizzy and really severe head ticks. They suggested an MRI scan but my doctors won’t give me anymore tests as they feel this is due to NEAD/FND.
However when I first had my seizures back in November 2020, the protocol was CT scan then MRI scan. Unfortunately for me they thought they’d seen a brain anyeursm so this prompted an MRA (which was okay). Later on in the year my ENT wanted to do an MRI of my ears for pulsatile tinnitus. That then prompted a CT venogram because they thought they’d seen a blood clot. It was unclear whether it was a blood clot so I had to have the scan again and my tests sent to neurosurgeon who said I didn’t have a blood clot and it was an anatomical difference in my brain.

Anyway, my point is I don’t know why my GP’s are relying on previous brain scans when there could be something new going on and I’m getting a bit concerned.
Just recently I’m in very severe pain all over my body and I am struggling to walk. I know this is classic with FND but I don’t believe the diagnosis. I feel like I might have cancer or something. The fatigue is like something I’ve never experienced.
I don’t know what to do. My blood tests have generally been clear. My scans up to now have been good. So where do I go from here?
I’ve read on patient info forums of people who didn’t give up fighting to chase the right diagnosis but I feel weak at the minute.
