Hi I have been awarded pip and told I qualify for sdp by the job centre. I am on income support and I just wondered would I recieve the disabled premium and the severe premium? Also Would both payments be backdated please

Yes and yes. Although PIP do communicate with Income Support I would also phone too and let them know dates and the rates you are receiving.

You won’t however be eligible if someone claims Carer’s Allowance or Carers Element via UC for looking after you. You also won’t be eligible if you have any other adults living with you (an exception applies if they are also receiving a disability benefit).0 -

All disability premiums are paid in with your Income Support money.
