Have ESA Reassessment Restarted?

I have just heard that ESA reassessments have restarted. Is this true?

The reason I am asking is that I'm due to be reassessed in December is this likely to go ahead on time. I am already getting anxious as really cannot afford to lose a penny with the cost of living as it is.

One more question after reading post on this forum I note it is very rare that if you are in the support group your ESA is just Stopped after a reassessment, in most cases you are put in the Work-Related Activity group, is this also the case?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I haven’t seen reports they have restarted, even if they have you wouldn’t be reassessed straightaway anyway due to people who have been waiting longer than you. ESA and UC carry an indefinite award with reviews.

Your other question in regards to the Support Group doesn’t carry an answer because it depends on a number of factors including wether you continue to meet the criteria for an award.

Not sure where you read that but it's not correct. Lots of people have continued to remain in the Support Group for many years. I've been in this group since 2013 and have had quite a few reviews in that time and have always remained in this group.
