I have applied to be moved twice now on medical grounds and twice refused by poplar harca housing association.
I get a letter saying i did not meet the threshold and signed chief medical officer. I am on the 2nd floor in a maisonette with no lift, i have emphysema and constantly breathless when using stairs. Who is this chief medical officer that has refused me twice?

Hello @19steven68 don't give up. Get letters from your doctors that you need to move asap and if they ignore you insist again and again. If that Chief Medical Officer has not seen you how he knows. Your doctor and GP knows about your case. Maybe they can help by writing a nice letter explaining your circumstances and hopefully that would help your case. But don't give up.
