Which benefit are you claiming? DWP has different numbers.

Being a complaint link OP might not be able to use certain numbers on that list.

Well I do know its the same number for all enquires for UC, assumed the same for the others ?

In other words, there's no specific complaint numbers

That’s not correct, there’s a different number for general enquiries. Which number you ring will depend on which benefits you’re claiming. UC for example would be a different number to the old ESA/JSA/Income Support. There’s also a different number for carers allowance.
