Hello well not too good at the moment with chronic back pain, I was looking online for a forum to discuss and and perhaps get some advice from others that might be in the same situation, I know no one can give medical advice just wanted to see if there was anyone to get some tips and how to cope, thanks for asking x

Thanks for clarifying that for me @jackieann3. Hopefully, our wonderful community members will be able to share some tips with you, even if that's more self-care tips.

For me, heat works wonderful and extra cushioning! Hope you can get some pain relief soon  :)
