Hello well not too good at the moment with chronic back pain, I was looking online for a forum to discuss and and perhaps get some advice from others that might be in the same situation, I know no one can give medical advice just wanted to see if there was anyone to get some tips and how to cope, thanks for asking x1
-
Hi @jackieann3 just ask away there are loads of us with different back problems - you can put it under categories or if you haven't got that far just ask here, but you will get better replies if you make a new chat.0

OK I will thank you x0

Thanks for clarifying that for me @jackieann3. Hopefully, our wonderful community members will be able to share some tips with you, even if that's more self-care tips.
For me, heat works wonderful and extra cushioning! Hope you can get some pain relief soon0 -
Yes thank you I'm doing that it's when I get up and on my feet, walking is the worst but thank you yes hopefully will get some comfort from others x0

It is, trying to get comfortable is a pain in itself unfortunately the only time I'm out of pain is when I'm in bed asleep lol x0
