I'm on uc and lcwra and waiting on a pip assessment and I was wandering if being on lcwra qualifies me for the £150 disability payment... I've tried looking about but it's just all to confusing

Hi and welcome to the community

Unfortunately no it doesn't you need to be getting z disability benefit like pip or dla etc

There is lots of detail about entitlement to these payments in the benefits section

Hello @shan1992 and welcome to the community. Unfortunately as @janer1967 mentions, LCWRA doesn't qualify you for the £150 disability cost of living payment.

Could I ask when you initiated your PIP claim? If it was before 25th May 2022 and you are successfully awarded PIP then I believe this would entitle you to the payment.

Eligibility criteria can be seen on our discussion: Disability Cost of Living Payment
