Has anyone received the payment yet?0

I have Enhanced Care & Mobility PIP and my wife has the day and night award AA.
Presumably we will each get £150?
The question I ask is what is the government expecting us to do with it? What parameters have they laid down on how it must be spent?

As with all benefits there are no restrictions on what you spend the money on.0 -
You can spend it on what you want. The purpose is for "cost of living" but than can mean anything.0

Regardless of what a claimant spends it on, it's their money they can do whatever they want with it. Mine is going towards my holiday next year.

Personally mine will be going into my saving, but even that’s to get a dog eventually, so not exactly relevant! Life’s to short to be worrying about what other people think regarding money.0

I would love to have a fish tank but have no space for one, sadly. It's been a few years since i had a holiday so i'm really looking forward to mine but it's not for 11 months lol.

You should ignore the "irrelevant" comment above because there's no questions asked about what a person spends their money on. This includes all the cost of living payments.
