How do you find living with Crohn's disease?

Hi Sam I also have Crohns and have had it for over 30 years.
You could join https://crohnsandcolitis.org.uk/info-support/become-a-member/radar-key
I have a radar key and I must say it's been worth its weight in Gold as you have the toilet to yourself.
I'm 99% certain and if your on benefits you get a discount.
Also you can apply to your local council for a blue badge. The council won't give you a blue badge on your Crohns alone you need to state that you find walking extremely difficult due to joint pain because of Crohns, walking is difficult due to the severe concentration it takes to try and control your bowel not to mention the tummy pain you experience. I have a blue badge via local council it costs me £20.00 every 3 years and again I find my bb my lifesaver especially on hospital appointments etc
Here is a link how someone with Crohns won their appeal.
