Hi guys, I have waited 11 months, been scored 0 twice
Have 2 broken wrists
Bad back bottom middle and top
diagnosed ADHD
Diagnosed FYBROMYALGIA I basically ache all the time regardless.
History of ptsd but now just mentally not perfect. Anxiety etc
Bad stress from my past ptsd I thought I was dying for 2 years or more.
Terrible IBS
Gurd which is chronic heartburn I can't breath some days if I have a pool of acid in my belly
And sometimes I can let gad all day if I eat wrong.
And more.
Life really is a struggle daycto day.
My partner is constantly worried for me.
We both know zero money equals bad health.
Money would cure about half my problems in a few weeks unfortunately its hard to earn for me and when I do I am in serious pain.

They finally randomly call me with a low offer of only standard rate with no mobility.
Would I be correct in saying my mobility isn't great but my ADHD makes me do things on a broken ankle so they think just because I will drag myself places I shouldn't get help with mobility and should pay for my own suffering?
Will a court see this?
Also a person I called from pip put the phone down and called me rude, little did he know I had a manager of damart next to me listening and she she I didn't even say anything rude I just calmly asked if I could speak s second.
And my partner works at call center high up.... in damart.
My partner is soft spoken and get high scores in all test at work so she was in total shock.
I only spoke to him for maybe 5 mins and he just lost it.
They have ignore the complaint I've made against him for 6 weeks roughly. And they only have 8 weeks total.
So time is ticking, where do I stand being treat this badly with all my conditions, I can provide proof easily thanks in advance.  :)

You could have accepted the standard daily living award. The Tribunal would have lapsed then Wait for the award to be put into payment and then request the Tribunal again. The waiting time for the hearing would have started again but at least you would have had some money while you wait.

Thanks poppy! im currently on he phone to them now trying to confirm if i can do this before she sends the forms off to the tribunal.
so if i cancel the tribunal and take the money it wont effect the tribunal? and would i only lose a month or so in time? rather then starting the 11 month process off again?

You don't cancel the tribunal. If you accept the 'offer' from DWP they (the DWP) will then notify the tribunal service that the PIP decision has been revised and the tribunal service will lapse the existing appeal.
You then have the right to make a new appeal against the revised DWP decision (without the need for first going through MR).
