Hi guys
A quick update on my MR.
After finally recieving my assesors, and decision makers reports I could then go through any discriptors that I didnt agree with and why, and then posted my MR recorded delivery last week , then yesterday afternoon I got a call from a decision maker gentleman who was so lovely and ended up on the phone with for nearly 2hours☺️he explained that when he read my MR he said it was really well done and he appreciated the way in which I had explained what I disagreed with&why etc.
He went through them all with me and agreed with all my points- he then awarded me maximum points for daily living there&then and told me I will recieve my back dated payment in a couple of days for that,🌝 he then went on to ask me a few questions about mobility and said he would need to go through the evidence I provided later that day and would write up a new report for me but to watch my bank for a payment🙏
He was so lovely and was really shocked to read what both the assesor and the decision maker had concluded in their reports, he said it seemed very unfair, it turned out that this gentleman had actually worked for the DWP for 40 yrs and a while back applied for pip himself and experienced a lot of the same problems that I did so was truly empathetic towards my situation. He agreed that I infact had experienced a huge data breach by the dwp which he also experienced the same thing and so could really understand the way I was feeling. So in my case my MR has been a success so far, 🙌 I just need to wait and find out what he has scored me for the mobility which I had originally scored zero points for, happy he has changed my daily living from the standard rate to enhanced👍
So the best advice I could give regarding a (Mandatory Reconsideration) from just my own experience is to clearly layout all the discriptors you dont agree with &explain why- demonstrate what you believe you should have scored&why..
I hope this is useful to anyone looking for some MR advise.
I will update again when I recieve the decision on the mobility part 🤞XX

Thankyou @Teddybear12 Im actually starting to have a panic right now as thought I would call dwp line to see what my next payment will be and the automated said my nxt payment was the same , so Im in a bit of panic now and wondering why its not changed? I only spoke to him on Saturday so could that be a factor perhaps? I was all really happy after speaking to him and now Im confused again? Any advise?0

You shouldn't rely on the automated payment line because it's been known to give incorrect information. Having said that, you only spoke to the DM on Saturday and it's only Monday today.
