You will be eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if
you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a
payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the
period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.
You will be eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Income Support or Pension Credit for any day in the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.
Payments will be made between 8th and 23rd November.
For those claiming just tax credits, they will receive their payment just after the above dates.

- smart prepayment meter customers will see the Energy Bill discount credited directly to their smart prepayment meters in the first week of each month of delivery
- traditional prepayment meter customers will be provided with redeemable EBSS Energy Bill discount vouchers or Special Action Messages (SAMs) from the first week of each month, issued via SMS text, email or post. Customers will need to redeem these at their usual top-up point

Be great if all threads on the 2nd COL payment was merged on to this one, miles easier to keep on top of it and easier to see other unanswered unrelated posts too. The disability payment was very annoying for the multiple threads.

Yes, i agree because it does get confusing with so many threads related to the same thing.
