Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

You will be eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Income Support or Pension Credit for any day in the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.

Just hoping the vouchers come soon

The energy vouchers are completely different to the £324 COL payment. Details in the guide says first week of each month, so you should receive them this week.
    • smart prepayment meter customers will see the Energy Bill discount credited directly to their smart prepayment meters in the first week of each month of delivery
    • traditional prepayment meter customers will be provided with redeemable EBSS Energy Bill discount vouchers or Special Action Messages (SAMs) from the first week of each month, issued via SMS text, email or post. Customers will need to redeem these at their usual top-up point

Be great if all threads on the 2nd COL payment was merged on to this one, miles easier to keep on top of it and easier to see other unanswered unrelated posts too. The disability payment was very annoying for the multiple threads.

Yes, i agree because it does get confusing with so many threads related to the same thing.
