What does autumn smell like?

What smell makes you think of autumn, or make you feel autumnal? 

One for me is probably spices, like cinnamon :)

    The smell of damp leaves 🍁 when you give a pile of them a gentle kick in old woodland. Autumn 🍂 is such a special time. The season of mists and mellow fruitfulness.

    When your gardening the soil always smells damp in the Autumn every were in the garden smells damp.
    I love our seasons, smells that remind me of Autumn - smoke from wood fires, hot chestnuts, fire works x

    Smell of fire eg log fire or bonfires 

    Smell of ginger bread or parkin baking
