Payment into pay?

So I've missed a call from DWP today they left a voicemail asking me to contact them to answer a couple of questions before putting payment into pay... im at mandatory reconsideration d
Can anyone enlighten me?Β

    Potentially an award but you will need to contact PIP in the morning when they open.

    So I phoned as soon as iturned 9am πŸ˜‚ to be asked if I've had any hospital, prison stays or time abroad since I made my claim. Asked if I was happy to receive a lump sum and if bank details were the same. I asked uf this meant I had an award to be told she wasn't sure.... the waiting continues 😬

    There can't be anything to pay unless an award has been made.
