Disabled pip renewal

Can we change the renewal of pip to be permanent for people with life time disability. Why we can’t be like Scotland they change it for life . People doesn’t have to go throw all this and special when you have long term disability.

    The longest PIP award is currently 10 years ongoing. When you have your next review you can ask for a longer award length. You need to make sure you put the reasons why you think you're entitled to a longer award.
    The Adult disability Payment is only in Scotland. For the rest of the country PIP is likely to remain as it is.

    I wish I was not up for review as I was hoping to get transferred over too  Adult disability Payment as I live in Scotland.
