Hi to all,

I recived my Letter on Friday saying that I have LAD artery blockage and will need to go back to Cardiology when they send for me I was in shock my daughters R saying this is a Serious Condition which it didn't say in the Letter but my Daughter said I will find out when I go for my Appointment.

I just cannot belive it don't know what to expect and what exercise ect I can do feeling very tired exhausted I am going to make a doctors appointment tommow.

I am gobsmacked its unreal how 🤔 many health problems I have but this is the worst as it could be life threatening in some cases.
I need some support but where from.


I cannot even remember my user name at the min.

Hello there @Sparklebright63 and thanks for updating us all, I can understand why this is worrying for you, and it will take time to process, so don't expect too much of yourself as @Teddybear12 and don't be afraid to ask for support.

You've reached out here on the community, and you've got your family, and your GP and specialists who you can talk things through with as well.

Have you been able to make an appointment with your GP today?

In the meantime, it's probably best to listen to your body and get some rest, as managing a new diagnosis can be very mentally and physically draining.

Hi there,

Yes I have a doctors appointment next Monday morning.
But still anxious about having heart disease along with all my other health problems not happy cus I don't have the energy to do much at the moment supposed to be painting bedroom wall.
My sister is been unhelpfull in saying I have to stay positive but she's not in my situation she's is thin as unlike me.

I find that people sometimes make these kinds of comments because they're not sure what to say @Sparklebright63, rather than that they have any bad intentions. I have to admit that I've probably been like that with people going through a hard time before. 

Have you spoken to her to tell her how those kinds of comments make you feel?

Hi to all

Not yet she has always blamed me for my Weight problems which was caused by brother who I don't speak to at all I don't really talk to her unless I have to as she is so critical of myself I try not to engadge with her if at all possible because of the trauma ive been through.
