hi there, I’m Dave. I been a member here for a while now(although I’ve never spoke) I wonder if this group has a meeting at all, I’ve been suffering with my mobility and depression for few years now n things just get worse and worse, I play Double Bass n music is the one thing that really helps but not sure how much longer I can cope. ☹️

As you're into music, have you had a look to see whether there are any music groups in your local area that you could join? 

What kind of music do you like to play? 

Are you receiving any support for your depression at the moment? 

not sure how much longer I can cope.

Would you feel comfortable telling us a little more about what you mean by this?
