Awaiting PIP decision.. or 'face to face'.. how long will I have to wait? 🤔

Most people have assessments which can be either by telephone, video call or face to face. There's no timescales on how long you'll be waiting for either of those. Once the assessment is done and the report is returned to DWP a decision can take 2-12 weeks.

As poppy123456 has explained, most people will be invited to an assessment. The waiting times for this can vary quite a bit.
