Have you tried a support group in your area where you can meet up. In my area I used to go to a crohns group but had to stop due to anxiety.
Is there a group, reading club or coffee morning you could try and meet people of the same interests.
Cafes set up for people who need to talk and offer free therapy example within my area we have hope cafe that is run by volunteers in where you can get reflexology, counselling etc or just chat and have a cuppa with generally a really nice bunch of people.
Become a volunteer at your local food bank things like that are free and a good way too meet people.

Hi @keith1976, I second what @Binky1234 says. Support and social groups are a great way to meet people and so is @Tori_Scope volunteering suggestions.
Another idea could be to attend some free online activities, workshops or social groups. You may find interesting free events on EventBrite0 -
Hi, i never thought i would find someone to put up with my conditions, but in March a man contacted me on a dating site, and it has been amazing and on Friday 4th he proposed to me to say i am happy is an understatement, there is love out there xx1

That sounds lovely @princesslelly, have you been able to meet in person? It's sometimes hard to know with online dating!0

@Alex_Scope yes we see each other every weekend as he lives 119 miles from me and works full time, but it works for us as to be fair i do get tired very easy so the weekdays are my recovery time xx0
