I still have not received the £150 disability cost of living payment.
I have filled the online form and double checked that I received a payment for the cut of date (which I did)
any ideas on who I can get into contact with about this and have anyone not received theirs?

There's many other threads here with people that haven't yet received it. There's also people who have started to receive it this week.
You've filled out the missing payment form and that's all you can do. There's no contact number for anyone to ring because it's not being dealt with by either PIP/DLA or AA.
All you can do is wait for the money to go into your bank.

I'm glad our members could help @louisel, and I'm sorry you're having to wait. Are you managing okay in the meantime? :)

@Alex_Scope I have been struggling but I’ve had support off family.
I just wanted to know if there was someone I could ring lol.
I have emailed my local MP who has said she will get into contact with DWP for me about this so hopefully not much longer of a wait

@p@poppy123456 what gets me is that it is not being dealt with by pip etc but they know and also tell you that yes you are entitled to it and also let you know a letter has been sent out etc so I think they know more than they let on sometimes

It's not being dealt with by PIP. If they've told you that a letter has been sent to you then they are very likely only telling you what you want to hear. When you ring PIP you are speaking to someone from a call centre, not someone from DWP itself.
There's no contact number for you to ring regarding any of the CoL payments.
