Hi so applied for pip in March had assessment in aug and was awarded 0 points lots of flaws in report and all notes at bottom say considered the point I belive a should have had but not given went to manual recon still no change i strongly belive that this is wrong so have logged appeal online says they have till 4th nov to reply nothing yet can any one share there stories did the dwp reply in time what happens if they don't how long for appeal any advise and times wold be grateful

They very often don't respond by the deadline. If they don't then HMCTS will extend the deadline. If they don't respond your hearing will continue as normal.Waiting times for hearings could potentially be several months.0

my tribunal the DWP had to respond by the 21 October but they didn’t and heard nothing since0 -

I got refused, Asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration as I thought the assessor got the majority of the assessment wrong, I then got given 2 points, I have a Tribunal tomorrow, They do tend to reply in time, It’s just a long wait for a Tribunal hearing, Well it was for me, I guess it depends which area you live in.0

Great happy you won.
My tribunal is Monday and I am so anxious and just keep having horrible feelings that they will just say no or laugh at me. Silly I know but I am trying not to panic.1 -
