Hi I applied for universal credits on 15th of June and submitted a fit note from the 16th of June. I have been awarded lwcra after assessment. I got a note in my journal with assessment out come. Do I qualify for extra money and if I do when will payment start.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You will be entitled to the LCWRA element worth £354.28/month. There is a waiting period so it will be payable for the 15th September to 14th October period onwards.1

Thank you very much. I left a note on my journal asking about it but no one has got back to me. I got my uc on 21st of October but no extra payment.calcotti said:You will be entitled to the LCWRA element worth £354.28/month. If they’ve only just made the decision it would not have been in time for that payment. It should be included in your statement and payment. Arrears due will be paid separately.lesleyscott1967 said:

@lesleyscott1967 Hi there, I'm just dipping in to advise that I've changed the title of your thread and moved it to our Universal Credit category to help others spot it and reply.
Please keep us updated with how you get on. Hopefully it's not too long a wait now until you receive the arrears.0
