It seems unfair I missed out. Is there anything else I can claim?

Some others will receive it because they are entitled to it. You haven't missed out on anything. If you were state pension age between 19th and 25th September 2022 you will receive an extra £300 in your Winter Fuel payment.
If you are named on an energy account you will receive an extra £66/67 per month up until March 2023.

    Welcome to the community @milo2@milo2022

I can see how that would feel unfair! Are you struggling with the cost of living crisis at the moment? If so, you're certainly not alone.

There is nothing that is fair when looking at benefits. You either fit the rules or you don't. Think of someone that earns just 75p above the Pension Credit limit.
I do fit the criteria for Pension Credit and would be entitled to £56 a week but don't claim it. Consequently, I don't get any of the COL payments linked to a means tested benefit and certainly not the £650 that you mention.

It seems unfair that some people miss out, but there has to be rules and there has to be financial limits, it's worth nothing that PC can also be a gateway to other benefits and is always worth claiming if you qualify.
Yes, I agree but the original poster said that his income is £5.10 over the PC limit so cannot claim PC.

Woodbine never said the OP could claim it. He was referring to "some people" not specifically the OP.

I do understand what you saying I feel like this because my husband gets contribution ESA we don't get it neither sometimes these benefit rules seem unfair I've just applied for uc as wasn't aware we were entitled to it
