Afternoon
can I just ask will there be a 2nd cost of living payment the same as universal credit? Also if there is will the same apply as universal credit you must have been receiving the benefit on 25th September or found to be entitled

Can I just check whether you're asking if there'll be a second £150 payment? Or are you referring to a different kind of payment?0 -
Do you mean the £325 (half of the £650)we got in July? Its due again sometime between 8th and 23 Nov.0

You will be eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.Therefore if you had a payment of UC for that assessment period then you will be entitled to the next payment.0

If you are referring to an additional £150 CoL for disability benefit claimants the answer is not under current regulations.0
