2nd cost of living payment

Hi there, 
We are currently on Universal Credit and received a payment on 31st August, but nil award for September. Will we be eligible for 2nd cost of living?

You need to have received a payment of for an assessment period that ended between 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022. If your payment was reduced because of earnings based on that information you will not be entitled to the £324.
