Yes you can report the changes. If you're claiming UC with a partner and your PIP includes the daily living part, if they look after you for at least 35 hours per week then they can claim carers element of UC.If you're single, under 35 and live in a privately rented home, you'll be entitled to 1 bedroom rate of local housing allowance (LHA), instead of the shared rate.0

Thanks Poppy, I don’t have a partner and have my rent paid because of the kids.I may see if my mum could get careers allowance as she spends a lot of her time with me currently and had to quit work.Thank you.0

And if you live with non-dependants they would no longer be expected to make a Housing Costs contribution.0
