I have just been awarded LCWRA and last month received my first monthly payment and have just had backdated money of just over £1000 paid to me which in the letter I received this money was for June to July, July to august and august to September. My first sick note this period was handed in feb 2022 but it was backdated from November 2021. My 3 month waiting time should have ended February but theydidn’t start the 3 month until February which took it to June to start my payments. I don’t agree s I think I am owed another 3 months money from march to June? Is this right please?

It seems like they've gone from when you sent the fit note, what date was that please? What date did you actually report your health condition? What date do you usually receive your payment each month? Was there any reason why you didn't send the fit note in November 2021.You can ask if they will accept the backdated fit note and if you have good reason it maybe accepted but don't hold out your hopes. It will be down to a decision maker to make the final decision.0
