hi I haven’t go 2nd cost of liveing payment yet I’m on ESA do anyone know when put payment in bank since said 8th November 2022 today but I haven’t got it yet

It doesn't say you will be paid today. What it says is you will receive it between 8th and 23rd of November. If you're entitled to it you will receive it but you'll need to wait. Today is just the first day and many others will not have received it either.
