Also what date exactly did you report your health condition or send your first fit note?

Going by the opening post the AP is from 7th to 6th of the month.Biblioklept said:Do you know what your assessment period dates are
OP, if you first reported your health condition and have provided details of continuous Fit Notes you should most likely be due the LCWRA element from October 2022 - it depends exactly what date in May you reported the health condition and if your Fit Notes have been continuous.
You can send a message on your journal (as a payment query).
Following the recent decision that I have LCWRA I have been told that i am not titled to the LCWRA element until the payment on 13th February. It is my understanding that the waiting period should start from when I reported my health condition on xx/05/2022 (see Advice to Decision Makers paragraph F5031). I should be paid the LCWRA element for the fourth full assessment period from this date.0 -

The waiting period starts from when you reported your health condition, providing you sent a fit note within 7 days of this and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision was made on your WCA. You haven't said what date exactly you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.0

24th was 1st time i reported my health condition and put my sick notes in right up until the wca last month with no gaps at all in them

So your waiting period will be June to September. LCWRA starts from assessment period Sept 7th to Oct 6th and first payment should be 13th Oct. You need to do as calcotti advised here.calcotti said:

hi yeah thanks for advice i will do that i thought its not right i dont know were they getting march from for my 1st payment thanks for advice i will update when i get reply on my journal thank u0

The message you posted earlier says that you were awarded LCWRA from 07/10/2022. Even if that were correct then payment of the LCWRA element would be payable from the February payment , not the March payment.
However, based on what you have said in your other posts, it was the decision to award LCWRA that was made on 07/10/2022. The LCWRA itself should then be backdated to the date you reported the health condition.
The message also appears to say that you have already made a Mandatory Reconsideration on the matter and this was referred onwards on 2nd November.
Do you have a letter in your journal confirming the lCWRA award - if so can you post that (with personal information removed of course).0 -
hi there it is thanks for your advice and help

thats alls ive had ive had no report or letter just this posted on my journal0

and that another one saying for twelve months from someone totally different not my work coach so confusing

So you can see that although it doesn’t give a date the letter clearly states that you are entitled to “LCWRA payments from 3 months after the day you gave us medical evidence showing that your condition means you cannot work”.That is the correct legal statement - not what you later been advised through messages on your journal.
Note also that the messages says that your LCWRA is for 12 months is also incorrect. The LCWRA is ongoing until such time as you are reassessed. The 12 months probably refers to a marker on your file suggesting a review after 12 months - but currently reviews take place much later than suggested.0
