Just stumbled across this by chance.. I was just looking for some help and tips on filling my PIP form.. I'm struggling big time with arthritis shoulders elbows wrists and hands
. I can walk a country mile but can't lift a full kettle.. my mental health as hit the floor social life non existent. I'm in pain all the time. My whole life style as changed.. Any pointers on getting help from PIP from anyone would be of great help..

I'm glad that you stumbled across us!
I'm sure our friendly members will reply to your post with some tips based on their own experiences soon enough.
In the meantime, I'd encourage you to take a look at the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net) to see what you'll be scored on.
Many people find it helpful to think of a few real world examples to demonstrate the challenges they face in line with the relevant descriptors. Does that make sense?
