How do you access pip points?

I require a bus pass  but can't find anywhere how do I go about getting one?

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    You need to get one through your local bus company or local council 

    Each have different eligibility criteria

    I know the criteria I just don't know how to gain access to PiP points

    Sorry but I don’t know what you mean by that. Do you currently have a PIP award?

    You need to contact PIP who will arrange for this to be sent out to you:
    0800 121 4433. Press option 6 and after you hear your next payment you will be put through to an advisor. I also advise that you phone bang on 9am and you should get straight through.

    I’m sorry you felt your question wasn’t answered. 
    Unfortunately that is the only way to have a copy of your award sent to you. Do you have someone that can ring for you?

    I requested a copy of mine last week it only took 20 min to get through I rang at 910 on Mon 

    Quick easy call.
