I am on universal credit and receive carers allowance for someone whom I live with a friend not partner and just recently been awarded daily standard pip at the tribunal my question is I have sick notes back from february this year to date what would happen if I was to upload them to my journal would I be better off not or adding them. I understand their is a 3 month assessment period but know that have been awarded pip it removes the benefit cap I believe but not sure if can claim them all any help or advice be greatly appreciated.

Is there any reason why you didn't report your health condition and the fit note in February of this year? You need to report your health condition now and then submit the fit note. It's unlikely they will accept the backdated fit note (but it will be down to a decision maker to make that final decision) and your waiting period will start from when you reported your health condition. As you're claiming Carers allowance you're not affected by the benefit cap anyway. https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Benefit-Cap/Am-I-affected-by-the-Benefit-Cap
