My condition by my consultant are plantis fascist, chronic back ache due to 4 c section , psoriasis arthritis, hypothyroidism and carpal tunnel. I struggle on a day bases to just physical things . I can not walk the 10000 step minum to maintance weight lost cause of my feet. I can not prepare food I do it but it comes with a price of pain and discomfort. My back hurts all the time .

I really don’t get what the PIP assessment measure as even tho I am struggling they reject my first application. I don’t use public transport unless I have to but then I can not do shopping as I can not carry bags of shopping . I have tescos across my street but I have to use the trolley to take my shopping back. I lost 20% of my nervous in my hands . They tell my to do excerise but how when my feet is in pain , my hands are in terrible condition as I can not hold onto the bars in a gym , ride a bike, or even type for long or hold my phone while talking. Let me not start on my back . Medication does not help me I am like a horse when it comes to pain killers and I really don’t want any liver or kidney damage due to medication I already have a Issue getting rid of toxins in my body .
I would love to work but my health does not allow this and we are on benefits at the moment but hubby wants to go back to work and I would like a part time job and that I can manage but with the price increase it’s so hard .
And advice on how to go about this . I take twice as long to cook that I ever did and some days I don’t even want to cook .

When you applied last time did you challenge that decision? If not was there any reason why?Reapply again using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal.
PIP isn’t about your ability to work and your ability to carry your shopping home.
you can certainly reapply but I’d advise you to get some expert advice before doing so. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/
There’s lots of other advice on here if you have a look through the PIP section. If you apply again and you’re refused then I’d advise you to challenge the decision.1
