Life hacks

I thought it would be a nice idea for a thread for people to share their life hacks.
For those who don't know, a life hack is something that you can do, which is usually simple, maybe even obvious once pointed out, that makes life that little bit easier.
I guess an example of an early life hack which was going around before the term even existed is cutting onions under water to stop them making your eyes water.
But there are lots of modern ones going around these days.
If you have any that you know of, feel free to share them.
Maybe there will even be some life hacks which are specifically useful to disabled people!

Hello @66Mustang
What a great thread idea!
I can't wait to see all the responses. I don't have any life hacks other than making sure I check that I can maximise points when shopping for stores that have those points cards.Hannah - She / Her
