Hello all, just looking for some advice. I received a text yesterday at 8am saying I’ve been awarded PIP and had to wait for a letter, scrolling through some forums and it says I shall be back paid within 3-5 working days but I’ve just phoned he help line and says my next payment is sometime in December for only the standard allowance, can anyone give me some clearance? Is that just when my next payment is due and I will receive back pay this week? Thank you in advance

The automated payment line doesn't give any information about any money they may owe you. Once payment was sent it takes 3-15 working days to go into your bank. When you receive your decision letter it will give information about your award and when to expect further payments.0

Thank you! And it’s fine, I think the vague answers are the most frustrating part but I’m getting somewhereTori_Scope said:Welcome to the community @danrhys1994

Yes, many people find that frustrating @danrhys1994
