Unfortunately, scope is UK based so they wouldn't be able to help. Have you done a google search for any help that maybe available near to you.

As mentioned Scope is a UK based charity, so we may not be able to help you directly, but you are welcome to use the forum of course. Are there any organisations local to you which could help?

It sounds really difficult that there are no local organisations nearby @mdjewel. It might also be worth seeing if there are any broader organisations which cover your location but may be globally based
