Well today I checked online and after 9 months of waiting I’ve been given a Tribunal Date for the 6TH, This week I’ll be gathering my paperwork to take and hoping the judge will see my side of the story, I am taking someone to support me too.

Well I’m feeling rather nervous about Tuesday, I have no idea what to expect, I’ve got all the documents ready to take with me, Does anyone know how long the tribunal will last, Or is it different for each individual, Thank you.0

Some only take a few minutes and others can be as long as an hour. It depends on each individual case. There's more information here. https://www.mentalhealthandmoneyadvice.org/en/welfare-benefits/pip-mental-health-guide/challenging-a-pip-decision/how-to-prepare-for-a-pip-appeal-tribunal/You can take someone with you but unless you have an appointee then you will be expected to speak for yourself. Is it telephone or in person?

The tribunal is in person, I have selected a appointee 8 months ago so it is plenty of time, This person was also in attendance when I had my Telephone Assessment, And made notes where they think the assessor got it wrong.poppy123456 said:Some only take a few minutes and others can be as long as an hour.
