Hi I had my lcwa video assessment this morning they recieved my form back on 8th June... If I'm awarded the lcwa when will it be backdated from? Does anyone also know how long it takes for a decision... My UC assessment periods are from the 7th to the 6th. Any help would be great I don't understand any of it 🤦♀️

If found to have LCWRA it will depend on what date you reported your health condition. This is because there’s a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month.
Decisions can take between 2-12 weeks once the report is returned.1 -
Hi thank you I'm pretty sure I reported my health condition back in May this year so does this mean it will be September (the 4th month)0

It will be either Oct or November depending on the exact date you reported your health condition.1
