Hello. Am on LCWRA since 2020 April i guess. I have a question. When they send message on journal about review, how much time from this point it takes for them to assess u again and make decision? Am asking because if that happens one day,and LCWRA don't extend reward I'm wondering what's the timeframe from the message in journal until when the money gets cut off. Will I then be placed on JSA or everything cuts off completely?

When you come for review they will send you a new health questionnaire (UC50). Provided you return it by the specified date the existing LCWRA status continues until such time as a new decision is made.

If it is decided that you no longer qualify for LCWRA the payment stops immediately the decision is made. You would still be on UC but would be treated as a job seeker and required to look for work or will be required to carry out work related activity but not search for work if found to have LCW.

Usually you would have an assessment which could be very several months after returning the UC50 and a decision can up to 12 weeks after that.
