Hoping to find helpful advice in my 4 year battle at the employment tribunal for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments (to which I have just resulted in my favour 😀)but judgement is not looking right to me ?
Anyway enough of me and I am hoping to help anyone (if I can) be by questions of work concerns?and policy ,contract rights and possibility  even help with complicated case  procedures to the employment tribunal  and unfair dismissal etc

I am not a expert for sure, and have not done any uni courses on it ... but I do have 4 years of personal experience of my own to share and my learnt knowledge of home research online .

At still learning now lol
Hence the need of help still at this point I am in .
Thank you for reading all above in my first hello to you all and thank you for letting me loin the group.

    Hello @Manoby69

    Welcome to the community! :)

It sounds like you have had such a battle :( I'm afraid I don't know much about employment tribunals, but can I ask, in what way does the judgement not look right? Maybe someone else here may be able to give a clearer answer for you.

Just to let you know I moved your post into our Work and Employment section, in the hopes more people will see and comment.Â
