Hi there bit confused well really confused.....
Sent review forms back in April for PIP..
Received paper based award in September for 3 years for high rate motobilty and standard care....
Fast forward to today and I have received a appointment to attend a video health assesment.
Phoned this morning in regards to this to be told something has flagged and my file has been sent back for review nothing else was said.
Very concerned is a understatement my money will still be paid as normal was the advice received until a decision is made.

Hi @bipolar85. Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. It sounds like you are having a really difficult time at the moment.
Thanks for finding the courage to reach out to us though. I appreciate how much courage it can take, especially when you are new and finding things tough.
This sounds really confusing and frustrating. How are you coping financially at the moment and would anything, in particular, make this feel more manageable for you at the moment?
We are all here for you and listening to you. Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything to support you.
Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon0 -
That's understandable that you are worried about this. Do you have any idea of what it might be that was flagged?0

When I phoned he mentioned something about a question marked on form and they had to do an assesment although not a full assesment.
I questioned fact I had an award and why no assesment was done at time.
Which no real reply was given all he stated is your money may go up or down but assesment is needed.0 -
They can reassess you at anytime.0

The 15th can u record a video call0

Yes but you need to tell them that you're recording it. If the assessor refuses then you'll likely have to wait for another assessment date.
