Hello I have been awarded both of these benefits and I’m concerned as I don’t know if one knows about the other surely this is done through my N.I , I assumed they just know ? Help I’m worried ?

No, they don’t communicate. However it doesn’t matter if you get both0

It’s only important for ESA to know you get PIP when on income-related ESA. Just a quick question, have you ever checked entitlement to Universal Credit too?0

UC entitlement is not based on hours worked. It's based on earnings received during your assessment period.
